Coach Rich is a veteran of education and athletics having spent 25 years as a teacher, coach, and administrator in Tennessee.  He is a native of Giles County, TN and lettered in multiple sports before playing collegiate baseball.

In 2021, he joined the staff at JC and is a vital part of both the football and softball programs.  It is rare to find such a gem of a coach who cares for players and has such a wealth of knowledge to share.
