The OAKVILLE INVITATIONAL was held on the STATE MEET Course (3 1/2 weeks before the STATE MEET). James Clemens Boys claimed the 2nd Place Trophy narrowly missing winning the meet by ONLY 10 points. JAMES CLEMENS VARSITY BOYS set a new SCHOOL RECORD of tightest spread from their 1st to 5th runner of 24 seconds. They were so packed in that their first three runners were ONLY separated by 1 second. The Boy JETS placed seven boys in the top 22 out of 196 runners in the race. They were led by a top 10 finish punch of 6th place Aidan Brinkley 17:15; 7th place Matthew Hill 17:16.08; 8th place Tyler Gohlich 17:16.97; 9th place Isaul rubio Montano 17:27. Their 5th man scorer was freshman sensation 18th place Dylan Dryer 17:40.
